Is St. Mary's the best in D 4?

I think the St. Mary's boys and girls will be among the favorites to win NCS.

Kudos and laurels to SJND boys for their 2nd TCAL championship! They're now healthy and peaking to repeat as D5 CHAMPS in the upcoming NCS Meet of Champions and the CIF State Meet. Does anybody know the complete roster of SJND's boys Varsity and JV?

@12:10 SJND Varsity currently consists of Gabe Arias-Sheridan, Michael Murphy, Matthew Murphy, Chris Melendez, and freshman Cooper Teare, Gavin Hill, and Willie Mein.

Not sure on JV squad.

How does this course compare to Hayward?

You add 35-36 seconds to compare to the Crystal Springs course.

You add about 20 seconds to compare your time from the Crystal Springs course to Woodward Park.

The Hayward course is about 17-18 seconds slower than Woodward Park.

You can take the calculations from there.
