This angle of Rich Strike winning the KentuckyDerby is nuts

This is an incredible view of yesterday's Kentucky Derby and the route that Rich Strike took to win as the longest shot.  He was also an alternate that was able to race because of a late scratch.

This is exactly what happened in 2012 in CCS. The winner of the boys' 1600 was MA runner George Baier who was able to race in the CCS Final because of a late scratch. Check out this link which has my interview with him as well as a video of the race itself.
