I believe that next fall 2014 in SJS - Oakridge, Woodcreek, Granite Bay, Folsom, Rocklin, Nevado Union, Del Oro super league ("super" for football) is proposed as the new Sierra Foothil League. Not sure if that allignment was fully approved yet or what it does for cross country . . . Davis and St. Francis move to same league . . .

I am sad that my old Alma Mater in West Sacramento, James Marshall High School, not only was merged with Washington High and turned into River City High (div 2), but they just don't seem to have much of a XC program. I'm guessing that football draws away much of the talent, but not sure what the coaching is like.
