I predict that Neilson Powless of Roseville will be one of the top 10 Nor-Cal runners at State Meet. In only his second race of the season, after his return from the European X-Tera Mountain Bike Racing for the US Team, it seems his legs are coming back quickly. If he stays injury free he will be a force to recon with (in my opinion of course!)
