Stay tuned also for pictures from today's meet that I took.

In the meantime, please feel free to add your comments about today's races. Biggest surprises? Upsets? Best races?

have to agree from what i saw of the day. without our #2 runner due to suspension the upset of mv over amador wasn't as suprising, great run by mv guys though!.

nice win and a very good end of the race by Colleen Lillig of California.

Please repost without the negative comments. There is no need for any of that on this site. Let the races speak for themselves.

I can't pull up the results on the website you recommended. Is it my browser?

I am using Firefox and it works here. It opens up in a new tab so if your browser blocks popups, that might be your problem.

Congrats to D2 Montgomery boys, passing Santa Rosa and Washington to grab the last spot. That awards guy may say the same thing every year, but i definatley saw why he said those things. love the camraderie in the sport and the duels.

The Division I Boys race really showed how tough the East Bay Athletic League (EBAL)is. Monte Vista, Amador Valley and Granada, 1,2,3 in that order was impressive. Monte Vista really put together a GREAT team effort. All three teams are impressive.

Mt Sac is 2.91. I believe it runs about 10-15 seconds faster than Hayward. The post earlier in the week about Spring Lake being 10-12 seconds faster than Hayward might hold true. It seems Mt Sac and Spring Lake run real close

Congrats to Casa girls for advancing as a team for the first time in school history.

10-15 per mile? or overall

I thought that the Mt. SAC invite is 2.9 and that for sections they finish on the track for 3.1.

The 3.1 mile course is only used for Foot Locker in December. The section finals are on the same course as the prelims and the invitiational.
