Feel free to comment on the CA state cross country meet before, during or after right here. I will be in transit the next couple of days so I won't be able to post until Saturday evening.
Following the meet, I will post the top individuals and teams from Northern California as well as pictures of any state podium teams and any individuals in the top 10.
Best of luck to all individuals and teams competing at this great event.

I guess German took his advice with a 4:27 first mile.
do you know if there will be race videos anywhere?
What an incredible buzz as German raced around the course leaving most fans amazed at his jaw dropping performance. I thought he would have a shot at the record but didn't think he would demolish it like he did. What can he run with some help during his races???
Videos and lots of them will be posted on www.dyestatcal.com. It may take a day or two for them to post but they will be up on there.
I will have the overall NorCal individual and team times as well as most podium pictures.
congrats to St. Marys and Petaluma on there second place finish
congrats to you on you're poor grammar.
same to you
go NCS!
Am I the only one who didn't like the Woodward Park course? It was incredibly dry, dusty, and brown! I'd almost rather that it had been a mudhole. In any case, the race was awesome. It's incredible how some people get caught up in the excitement and get out way too fast, only to die later.
