Year in and year out one if the best invitationals in northern California!
I would have to agree with you there. I am sure I can come up with more but for now, I would say that my two lasting memories from this meet was watching Calvin Harrison running a ridiculously fast 400m. and a couple of years ago when Weston Strum broke 9 minutes in the 3200m.
Any other memories from CCS Top 8 meet?
The 4x400s almost every year!
Have to agree with you there Albert. Watching that 400 meter race was one of the most amazing things I've seen in track & field at the high school level. I ran the 3200 later that evening, can't remember my time but that race is clear as day!
When Donald Plazola won the 800 after running the first lap in the back and then barely coming through the middle of the pack and falling over the finish.
