Only the best "miler" because hs runs the 1600. That's like saying your the nations top two miler. No one runs that any more!
Is Arcadia still a mile? This will change in a few days.

Sorry for being sexist but running the 'mile' probably means more for the guys..cause of the significant of the sub 4 minute mile.
