What is sad is these coaches who double entered are keeping athletes out of the meet. If you entered Arcadia, Quicksilver would have been a better meet to "scratch." This is unethical and just poor sportsmanship.
Of course there are those out there who will be a jerk and say, "run faster" but the face is 5-10 athletes in each event will be scratched. It puts a bad taste in my mouth.
I agree considering that Stanford does deny some entries to the meet and does not have an alternate list.
