The new format for all the area meets is now the same as the Class A Meet were the fastest 7 athletes advance to the NCS MOC based solely on time.

You would think the NCS would have informed people of this change before the league meets. I'm willing to guess some athletes and coaches won't know of this rule change until they get to the meet or maybe even after. NCS dropped the ball on this.
