Nice double for Brooke Starn at EBAL. 4:53 for win and meet record in 1600 and 11:04 for win in 3200.
Absolutely on Starn. That's a big PR for her in 1600. She has had a terrific season already and this bodes well for her at NCS and beyond.

Any luck finding DVAL results? Can't find anything on Clayton Valley site or DVAL league site. Northgate has a document with highlights of their own results, but no full results.

Anyone notice Gerardo Castro's triple at PAL final? 4:17.1 1:55.9 and 9:31 to win all three events.
Castro was super impressive and will be a threat at CCS in whatever events he chooses.
He also ran a 50 second split in the 4x4
Results for the NCS MVAL
Any shockers at the league meet level?
Where is Castro going to school next year?
Does anyone know if/when the heat sheets for the NCS area meets will be posted?
Do they do heat sheets for the NCS for the divisional meet or do they just do them for the MOC?

Allie Timbrell from Alhambra at DFAL? Imjured?
^ 8;44 Timbrell has a stress fracture. Out for rest of the season
