That actually was an Adidas commercial.
I would think he'd need to be running faster than 2:07 in a workout (even pre fatigued) to be able to run sub 4 in a race. Is there something I'm missing? It certainly is a quality workout but I'm not sure I would classify it as a sub 4 cut-down.
I don't think they were ever claiming that the reason they think he's going sub-4 is because of this workout.
Perhaps they were thinking about the fact that he ran 3:44 last year.
Going to Oregon which I think is a NIKE school, better lose the 3 stripes:-)
