Feel free to comment below. It's very difficult to narrow it down to 10 runners as many runners have not raced head to head. Also, different races yield different results so I gave the more recent results more weight. Feel free to add runners who you think belong on the above lists. Include their accomplishments.

The Girls top 10 looks unbelievably deep and talented. Look for an exciting XC and Track season from this group and others who undoubtly will crack the top 10 group. Go NCS runner.
carrie verdon over julie nacouzi?
At this point in the season, yes.
Have to agree although I only know Nacouzi won at Stanford. Verdon has won going away at Ed Sias, DeLaSalle Invitational and Stanford.
At DeLaSalle she defeated 5 of the girls on the NCS mid-season top 10 - Hartley, Orders, Reynolds, Novell and McVay. She also put 16 seconds on Carlmont's Jessie Peterson in the last mile to easily win.
Too bad they are in different divisions as it would make for a great battle at NCS....
The head to head battle will be at Footlocker West when hopefully all the top athletes will be at 100%.
hartley beat verdon at ed sias hands down but did lose to her at delasalle
At Ed Sias, Verdon and Hartley were in separate races. De La Salle was also more recent.
The rankings look good to me. I'd like to see a top 10 or top 7 broken down for the divisions as this will be what really matters (not that rankings matter) for state qualifiers.
What about Ned Tannenbaum? He beat Cole Williams by 12 seconds at BCL #2, and got 2nd place at the Crystal Springs Invitational today in the varsity boys race.
