Interesting follow up to the Steve Magness interview posted earlier this week. One of his posts on his blog is "How the World's best runners strike the ground". You can find that post at the following link:

Here is the video that he attached to his post that shows the lead women (including eventual winner Shannon Rowbury and 2nd place finisher Sara Hall) in the 5th Avenue Mile. Take a look at the results and how each woman strikes the ground.
