From the article:
"To run 100,000 miles — which works out to 5 miles a day, every day, for 55 years — is a formidable challenge. You need to start young and lead a long, healthy life."

I concur with Peter. Mike is a long time runner & friend, who has been able to survive this long in our great sport. I heard he is also a golfer in his spare time! A fellow track nut, who along with the esteemed Peter know how to have fun at the Olympic Trials and later on at the Wild Duck.
