Chabot College Festival of Miles of Turkeys

On the Tuesday afternoon, and the early evening before Thanksgiving, November 23rd, Chabot College track and field is going to host a series of mile races that start on the Chabot track circle the stadium and finish on the track. The idea behind this event is to get an idea of what kids can run a road mile in after finishing cross country season.  The event is a low key affair with the winner of each race division winning a 10 to 12 pound frozen turkey.
