Albert Caruana said...: I believe the PAL has 3 races (one at Half Moon Bay, 2nd one at Crystal Springs although Westmoor has been a host before) and the league final at Crystal Springs.

I believe the open race is just an over flow race for non varsity runners. Perhaps somebody in the know can give explain who runs in the open race.; September 15, 2011 10:45 AM
