Wow, these are all D5 schools and look at these times!

a 400 under 50
and 1:52.14 for Cole Williams, and he didnt have anyone within 6 seconds to push him! Can't wait to see what he does at Meet of Champions and State.
I can speak from experience that this is a very good league in both track and field and cross country.
The BCL will have a lot of qualifiers to the NCS MOC from the Class A Meet next week and have several state meet contenders including the once you pointed out.
