CCS Entries and Lane Assignments

http://www.prepcaltrack.com/ATHLETICS/TRACK/2013/ccs_ent.htm (distance races will have the fastest runners on the outside but their hip numbers will be according to their times with the lowest numbers first)

CCS Prediction Contest will be posted tomorrow.  How well can you predict the winners and state meet qualifiers?

The distance runners 1600/3200 better run fast instead of stay and kick...there are at least 5 guys that are capable of running 4:16 or faster, which can automatically qualify them for states....

Have your kid take out the pace then. Sounds like you want everyone else to do the work. If you don't have a kick take it out.

I think we are going to have some very fast distance races on Friday. The weather should be fine and we just need to hope for no wind. I know a couple of runners will make the girls 1600m. at-large mark for sure. The other at-large marks are a little tougher and only the top 3 competitors might be the only ones advancing to the state meet.
