This is taking way too long for results. No wonder our sport sucks!

The lag time between events was slow and awful. How about you cut the 15 min of dead time between events and add a second heat to the cross country race you call a 3200.

Attendance was awful. But not surprising for being in Gilroy. Why not hold this in one of the biggest cities in the country, San Jose?

Sad there are no rails with all the DQ drama this year.

CCS auto is too hard and insignificant. How many kids hit the auto this year outside of the 3200? 5 maybe? You are making it easy on the top 8 by watering down the field. You need to lessen the auto so kids on the bubble get in or if this truly is an elite meet create a minimum standard to get in. Having kids lapped, or almost lapped in the 1600 is just insulting to the kids you left at home.

My 2 cents.

I don't have all the results from Bay Shore, but some highlights:

Spencer Moore - 5:15
Hamilton - 4:20.01, 1:54, both wins.
Louis Rodriguez - 4:20.99 (I think that was the decimal).

St Mary's 4x400 girls - 3:52
Castro Valley 4x100 boys - 41.38

Sasha Wallace - 13.91 in the 100m hurdles.

Does Justin Sienna as a d four team feel happy about beating d five teams?
Do they really think it's fair?

No body is happy. Anonymous at 8:57 pm is Mr happy pants. Get a life. If you don't like it do something about it. Anonymous at 1:00am is pissed. He must coach a D five team.

Can't we all get along.

First of all, there are other Division IV teams in the Class A meet as it's not a Division V meet only. Second, Justin Siena goes wherever NCS places them so if there is someone to blame here, it's NCS for placing them in the Class A meet.

Sjnd is a division 5 team, but they Also would have won division 4 in cross country. Track and field is way different than xc though and complaining about a school that is slightly larger beating you seems unfair.
