Northern California Track and Field Top 10 Athletes for 2019 season

As the season is fast approaching, here are my pics for the top 10 NorCal Track and Field athletes regardless of event. Please feel free to include other athletes that you feel deserve to be included as well in the comment section below. Who do you feel is the best NorCal Track and Field athlete? Who are the athletes that will contend for state individual titles? Who will be the biggest surprises? I will add athletes that are mentioned below.

I would include Zachary Larrier of Monterey Trail who had a season best 47.12 in the 400, which I believe would be the fast PR of any returner in that event. Didn't have the best state meet, but did win Arcadia.
