That slight edge

It's that little extra that makes the difference.
That slight edge.

You can heat water to 211 degrees and make soup...
or you can heat it to 212 degrees and make steam that can power a ship around the world.
It's just one degree that makes the difference.

Most often, a race is not won by a mile, not by an hour, but by inches, by fractions of a second.

Remember that slight edge when you don't think you can go further or do any better...
and give just a little bit more.
That one degree, that inch, that split second is the difference between failure and success.

That's hot soup. I don't regiment heating your soup to that temperature as it can severely burn your mouth
