And how many are on Bama's track and filed team?
My guess is very few of them if at all. They go there to play football unless there was an agreement before that they could play both.
That is not the point - these kids go to a power five program play football. The larger point is that track kids are the type of athletes that big football programs are looking for. That is why every article that comes out from reputable coaches say that kids should not specialize in one sport too soon. Track is the perfect way for these kids to stay in shape, keep healthy, and show some individual accomplishments that are hard to see in a team sport like football.
