Andre Mcbride throwing down a 10.77 this early in the season means good things for him at state. This list probably could have waited another week though because there are some big meets this weekend. Looking forward to seeing regular updates throughout the season!
Tim Layten - 1:57.99 - 800 meters and Beau Armstrong 4:08.90 - 1500 meters at CSU Stanislaus on 3/3/12.
His 200m time is equally as impressive. Definitely one of the top sprinters in the state.
I am always amazed at kids who can hold that intensity throughout such a long season. Best of luck to him, that is impressive!
Sam Kane (Bishop O'Dowd)impressed me with the 1:55.90. I Think he finished 2011 at Bayshore Conference with a PR 2:02.17. Yet another runner getting the most out of a good XC season. Will be interesting to see how much farther his and Ratto's times come down this season.
duels done 1:55 high in the 800 and he did 4:23 in the full mile at the cal all comers in January.
