How about some of the kids who have recently graduated and are now running in college? Like to hear the perspective on the transition between high school and college level competition.

Athletes in college is a great suggestion. Make sure to ask "what would you have done differently in high school?"
On the women's side, how about interviewing Cal's Kelsey Santisteban or Cornell's Emily Shearer? Both have made massive improvements since HS and Santisteban's recent 15:52.06 in the 5000 is currently the 8th fastest time in the NCAAs....

Interview a coach and athlete from the same team. Find an athlete that has improved greatly over a season and find out from both perspectives how they achieved success together. It will give both coaches and athletes an insight on how to communicate and grow together (I believe both are necessary for the athlete to improve).
Seems like that interview with Chuck is pretty old (2008), a lot has happened since then (4 state titles to name a few). It would be interesting to see how Chuck has adapted since then, as it appears whatever he has done has worked.
How about Chelsea Reilly from Davis High, then Cal? She's done some great stuff recently in her post-college running...
