race walking ehhh... i don't get it...what happen during a long race walk of over 20k where one guy accidently runs a bit..who there to monitor all the athetes foot all the time for hours...sound boring as hell and impossible to regulate.
....I assure you it is possible to regulate it. They have numerous judges and generally the courses loops around on itself a lot (if it is not an actual track).
Tyler is a hell of a competitor and a hell of a nice kid. Race walking might look a little nutty, but I assure you-the guys who do it competitively are serious athletes. I think the American indoor racewalk mile record is 5:38-most rec RUNNERS couldn't bust out a 5:38...
