20.41 for the 200? Is that a mistake? That's a faster pace than the 100 leader...

Michael Norman ran 20.30 at the CA state meet last year. He has an outside shot of making the US Olympic team this summer. That is definitely not a mistake.

The following is from Lowell coach Andy Leong
"The last nation leader from a SF public school may be Bolota Asmerom of McAteer when Arcadia 3200 with a time of 9:04.96 in 1996. Marc Christensen seems to think this, and I'm in agreement but the news article I have did not confirm this"

I get that it's probably determined by section, but it's funny to think of Buchanan (CS) as SoCal, when it's further north than like, 1/3 of the CCS.

California's geography is weird, man.

There is a part of the SS that is north of the most northern point of the CCS. That's just how it goes.

I saw Elana throw 181'+ at St Francis and was blown away with her power. She nearly threw it out of the fenced area. Clearly the best in the country. Can't wait to see what she does in college.
