Where was Scotts valley junior john Ross on this list? He ran an excellent performance at state placing 9th individual

Everyone got 1 vote, some let State really influence them, some looked at League, CCS & State and others looked at the whole season. Both athletes listed above were on the bubble, as well as others, and when the votes were in, they just didn't make it (they were fully discussed). They are still excellent athletes and it will be fun to watch all compete this track season.
