I wouldn't say "missing" but I think Sac-Joaquin St Francis is going to be very good. They may lack Vista's top 3's elite-ness (or maybe not) but I think they are going to have a very solid top 5 and would not be surprised to see them in 10 ten Calif rankings by the end of the season.
