Catching up with Castro Valley runner, Ben Eversole...

Here is an interview I posted with Castro Valley's Ben Eversole on July 27, 2010.  His stellar 9:08.35 at the Dan Gabor Distance Festival is the 3rd fastest 3200m. time in California behind Christopher Brewer of Rancho Buena Vista (8:59.68) and Matt Carpowich of Torrey Pines (9:07.47).
