New poll posted!

Please vote in the poll to the right about your training. What do you feel is the most beneficial part of your training that gives you the most confidence during your races? I am just trying to single out one piece of the puzzle that is training.

Coaches and athletes use different terminology for their workouts so I tried to use the most common terms. Please feel free to share your opinion with a comment below.
