Does it count for a record if he already graduated?

Congratulations to Darius for his new CCS record! Georgia is certainly getting a furture star. Also, congratulations to Michael Burke for placing 2nd and also making the U.S. team. Michael is the 2015 CA State champ, Darius is the 2016 CA state champ... and BOTH are alumnus of the 5 Star HJ Camp!! Congratulations!!!

There are many "record books." NFHS is high school meets only and stops at the State Meet.

Track & Field News takes pretty much everything... Pro meets, summer after HS, etc.

As for CCS the records are kept by Hank Lawson. As far as I can tell it is an inclusive list that tracks indoor meets, summer post season, etc. So my guess is that it counts.

Do you happen to have a HS pic of you HJing that you can email me? HANKLAWTRACK@GMAIL.COM

As for records, I take marks up to Aug 31 or until the athlete starts college. This is the same thing that T&F News (bible of the sport) does as well as Jack Shepard's annual books. It is indeed a record and I hope he still goes higher. :)
