Dublin did not race their number two guy on Wednesday. The scoring might be very different next week :)

Cassy Haskell obliterated the defending State champion. She will WIN the divison 3 state meet this year!

You heard it here first.

I think Las Lomas was missing one of their top five boys, too. You can't discount any of these teams!

Saw one of Las Lomas' top runners in a boot at the meet, looks like he's done for the year. Is anyone going to be close to Campo on the boys side???

Women's Pac 12 race was like a Nor Cal reunion: Fraiser, Maxwell, Maxwell, Verndon, even Baxter got a race in. More in their too!

Saw several kids in boots this week. Injuries happen when training increases; never good. Las Lomas inserted 4 JV runners in the DFAL#2 Varsity boys race this week. They finished 2nd behind Campo with the JV runners finishing 4,5,and 6th. LL JV placed 1st at Clovis with only 25 points: 1,2,4,7,11, so they have some good backup depth with Woodward experience. Don't discount Dublin. They are quite deep too. Dougherty Valley (D1) with Braganza and Bell finished 2 points behind Las Lomas @DFAL#2, followed by Dublin. The top 5 DFAL runners could could stay packed through their next race. Gaskell, Robey, Yabu, Surapaneni, and Braganza, most with a teammate or two close behind and a couple Miramonte runners breathing down their necks. Should be an exciting showdown next weekend. Hope none else gets sick or injured before then! Goodluck to all.

She has always choked at usatf nationals, so I highly doubt it. It's easy to beat one good runner, not 40 good runners in a line of 200. Maybe top 10, but I predict 22. You heard it here first.

What's the fastest girls time at Shadow Cliffs? 17:14 is smoking!

Haskell's time of 17:14.9 was just a hair of Hansels 2014 time of 17:14.7. Those are the fastest times I can see going back to 2007 in league competition(Campo's Leech and Verdon, included). There may be faster times from other conferences, but 17:15 is fast for girls on that course!
