High schooler Hobbs Kessler runs 3:34.36

One of the greatest performances in high school history. His 3:34.36 is the fastest 1500 ever run significantly (previous record held by Alan Webb at 3:38.26) and in fact, surpassed the just recently broken NCAA record. He has now qualified for the Olympic Trials and definitely has a punchers chance with his kick.

To put that 3:34 into perspective that time converts to a 3:51 mile, 16 seconds faster than Nor Cal leader Ajani Salcido. WOW!
