Can't really disagree with any of your choices. I am just a little sorry this cross country season is over. So many epic performances and so much heart shown by the NorCal boys and girls. The Grijalva/Vernau battle at SJS, Beitia's win at Clovis, Fauria's win at DeLaSalle, so many amazing performances. Going to miss the graduating seniors, but can't wait to see what the returners have in store for us.

Ryan cutter (Hercules) for most improved.

Ryan Cutter was definitely considered. Meike B-R for Bellarmine went from 38th to 3rd in division 1 at state, was the only runner to break 15 minutes on the Crystal Springs course and finished 19th at the Foot Locker national meet. That is quite a jump.
