Bay Area Running Camp (LAST CHANCE TO SIGN UP)

1 DAY to the first day of camp.  You can still register at this link.
You can't find a better group of speakers than what we have each year at this camp.  I will guarantee you will get your money's worth.  You will also get to run with some of the top runners (counselors) in our area.  Check out our camp website at the link below.

The Bay Area Running Camp will take place this year at Corte Madera School in Portola Valley co-directed by former Stanford University coach, Dena Evans and myself.  The dates of the camp are Monday, July 22nd through Friday, July 26th.  The times for the youth camp are 8am through 12pm each day.  That means running in the summer and getting really fit before the season starts (very important if you want to do well in XC).  We are well on our way to over a 100 runners this year plus all the great counselors.  There is also a great group of speakers including University of Oregon head cross country Coach Maurica Powell, UC Davis Head XC and TF Coach Drew Wartenburg, Ken Reeves (his teams won 11 CA state xc championships), Joy Upshaw (one of the top masters track and field athletes in the world) and much more.  You can check out all the information at www.bayarearunningcamp.com (There is an adult camp as well from 5:30pm to 8:30pm which includes dinner).  If 5 students from the same school want to attend the camp, each runner from that school will receive a $50 discount from the regular price of $300.  Email me for the registration code to get your discount before you register.  Along with your registration fee, you will receive training shoes, camp shirt, foam roller and lots of other items from our sponsors.
