Carlmont must be resting in order to hold up the CCS Championship trophy again this year. I know, I know the Bells will finish 6th or 7th at State and beat Carlmont by one place. Can you remind what award the team gets for finishing 6th or 7th? The Bells trophy case must be full of those awards along with all the 2nd place CCS plaques.

Can someone remind me what the most prestigious race in California is? You know the one that everyone tries to just get into?

Winning CCS is like winning a regional in college. Congrats. But the only race people care about is the big one at the end.

Can someone provide a link to which teams are in the seeded races?

Steve,
I don't think they have posted the teams in the seeded races prior to the meet. You can guess on who some of the usual suspects are that will be competing in those races.

Arcadia - DeLaSalle matchup in the seeded race could be interesting

Is Arcadia bringing their JV team for the seeded race?

What some teams will do is run their varsity team in the seeded race and their JV team in their respective divisional race.

I think 8:35's comment was meant to be sarcasm. I think.

In the girls seeded race. Look for Warren High school(Downey)from the southern section. They also brought another 2 girls teams that will be running at the Westmoor Ram Invitational. They will definitely dominate at the Ram.
