It got a second slower from last year but the boys 3200 remains the toughest standard.
The girls 300h is a half a second slower than last year. Wow
You all need to look beyond the distance races. Girls 100 hurdles are the toughest event, and standard, in the state.
I think the girls' 4x400m is right up there with the toughest standards. Not the boys' though.
