Congrats to Rob! NorCal distance is lit this year. Everyone has to step it up to get a sniff.
KBell should have some very good competition tomorrow in the distance races with the debut of a lot of the Bellarmine runners.
So many of the best distance guys in the CCS are underclassmen, including many Bells, setting up at least 2 years of all-out dogfights on the track!
