Heart and Sole - Elite Mile

The Heart and Sole Elite Mile is coming up this Friday.

New addition: David Torrence, the reigning USA Road Mile Champion, will be setting the pace. That should lead to a sub-4 almost for sure, what with Olympian Bolota Asmerom, World Indoor Champs competitor Tim Bayley, and of course hometown-hero J.K. Withers in the race. The women's field is headlined by Jane Kibii, the course record-holder for the Napa-to-Sonoma half-marathon and a 20:01 4miler, and hometown-hero Kim Conley, who just ran a 33:22 to qualify for the USA Track and Field champs in the 10,000m.
