2014 Track and Field,
Albert, this site is pretty overwhelming, but I can see there's great value there. Are you using any of these exercises with your athletes? Preventive maintenance seems like a no-brainer add to any training program.
We do mobility exercises during the warm-ups and cool downs. There are definitely videos on there that are specific to running. The site is still new to me so it's still a work in progress. I will definitely share some of the specific videos to some of my runners who need to do some of those exercises on their own to prevent injuries.
