St. Francis winning the 4x 1,600 with Isabella Fauria coming from more than ten seconds back against Buchanan and Great Oak has to be up there (and coming in second in the Inv. Distance Medley) as does Chase Gordon getting second in the Invitational 800, Zachary Larrier getting second in the Invitational 400 (46.49), Samuel Wright of Lodi winning the Pole Vault, are a few of the impressive results from NorCal athletes.

St. Francis Mountain View with 4x800, 4x1600, and DMR all in US Top 10 and a ‘B’ team victory in DMR seeded. Also Kaimei Gescuk with 10:32 in the Invitational 3200.

It appears Reynolds is hurt.

Liam Anderson 8:51 is impressive to me. But that's just like my opinion man.

Anyone know if Arcadia will post 400m splits for the invitational relays like they've done in the past?

When is next year's Arcadia? And how about some CCS Top 8 meet talk? Going from Dublin to Stanford to Arcadia to Top 8 is a lot of top meets back to back to back to back.
