Over 300 feet of elevation gain on this course of 5km. 300 up, 300 down. No other course like it in the Bay Area, that I know of.
Way off. Grace Brown should read 7:20 per mile
The wrong distance was entered which resulted in the wrong pace per miles. That will be fixed.
Now fixed.
Wow, that is really steep! I heard it is pretty rugged,as well and a couple of kids sent for medical care. Brutal. How does that compare to Monte Vista (Oak Hill park)? 282 elev. gain and only two miles, I believe.
@Anonymous 2:18 I don't think Monte Vista 282 elevation gain maybe that is Elevation gained and lost? my estimate would be 150. The hills are steeper then at Monte Vista and unfortunately the ambulance had to be called because somebody passed out.
