Which teams are in the seeded races? Kind of hard to tell from the HS entries.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but it doesn't look like as strong a field as prior year.

How are the seeded teams decided? I notice that Billmeyer, Garcia, and McAlister are running seeded but Nacouzi isn't. Does it depend only on team performance or can individual performance play a role? It would be a better race with all of them competing together.

Coaches decide what if their own teams and/or individuals will compete in the seeded or divisional races.
