Wanted to get your feedback on what athletes and/or coaches here in Northern California that you would like to see interviewed. I am also open to anybody else that you feel has made a contribution to Northern California Cross Country and/or Track and Field. Ideally, I would like to get a list of people that I have not interviewed already. Thank you in advance for your help.
Just as a reminder, here are athlete interviews that I have posted so far:

Here are the coach interviews:

Thanks to coach Jim Lynch of Petaluma and Charlie Avis of Palo Alto for taking the plunge into the interview arena with me and being the first coach and athlete interviews respectively.

Sophomore-to-be, Kevin Bishop, of Monta Vista. If you would like to do an interview with him, I'll give you his e-mail address.
Sure. Send to albertjcaruana@gmail.com
I would love to see an interview with Dave Ponas from Oakland High. That would make my life complete!
Chris Williams
Dublin High School
Chris,
Good suggestion. Dave is certainly one of a kind.
Maggie Vessey!!!
Or PattiSue Plumer who coaches in the bay area.
Jessie Petersen or Marissa Ferrante would be good too.
You should probably do interviews with top runners/coaches in the section (or maybe runners who improved a lot) first.
will geiken or luca signore
The gunn girls
luca signore por favor
More good ones. I will see what I can do with the suggestions. Would love to hear more suggestions for coach interviews. Who are some of the better coaches out there that I have not yet interviewed? Let me know.
Chach Steve scherer of los gatos. He Is a 3:56
Miler and even went to the Olympic trials!
De La Salle sprint/jump coach John Harvey. He is the man behind Chase Wheeler's 25-02 jump at the State Meet this year, and coach of Shevell Quinley and Brittany Daniels ( 43-05 TJ at altitude ) when he was at Merrill West.
He is undoubtedly one of the greatest sprint/jump coaches in the Bay Area, if not the best!
How about Paul Summers or Mitch Moriarty? Both had amazing breakthrough seasons in track, and will b e among the best in CCS during XC as well.
how about mohamed abdalla? whats he been up to these days?
how about ian myjer? he was right up there with rowe last year, and people seem to overlook him for some reason, maybe because he didn't perform well at states because of injury?
Just my opinion, but if you ask me, It's time to do an interview with Ian. It's only fair, especially considering that you have already done three Garrett.
you should interview me.
THE STRUM BROTHERS!!!!!
Archie Lepejava, Saratoga Jumps Coach who helped Ailene Nguyen to a 36-02 TJ and a 17-09 LJ
Parker Duell San Romon
