Article about Shannon Rowbury (pictured to the left here) in today's SF Chronicle. She will be racing the 5000m. tonight at Berkeley to work on her "strength" once she returns to her best distance, the metric mile (1500m.).
Hopefully Flotrack.com will be there covering the races so we can catch it online for those of us that won't be able to attend.
