Two former NorCal HS runners dip under 4 minute mark this past weekend

Former Westmont HS runner Garrett MacQuiddy ran 3:59.96 which is the 4th fastest time in Cal Berkeley history.

Former Carlmont HS runner Ryan Wilson ran 3:55.29 for MIT which set a new school record as well as new Division III record.

Also, Jason Gomez, another Westmont HS grad, ran 1:46.53 this past weekend which sets a new indoor PB for him. He was an all-American outdoors last year in the same event.

Dipsea Recap 2022

For those of you not familiar with the Dipsea, this is a fantastic recap of last year's race. Lots of interviews with competitors including high school runners.

CA Winter Championship Results

New CCS record in the 1500 set by Menlo senior Justin Pretre. His time of 3:54.37 surpasses the previous mark of 3:54.78 set by Leland's Daniel Sikiric in 1996.
