Hey, I’m Aydon Stefanopoulos. I’m a ninth grader at Archbishop Mitty High, and got fifth last cross country meet for varsity(I sophomore and 3 seniors ahead of me). Anyways, I started out on the joys jackrabbits running squad in Los Gatos, once I aged out I was recommended to join Los Gatos, the Coach owns a running store there called Athletic performance. I was running on that team from 6th, up to 9th grade. I stopped this year due to how many practices mitty has. I turned 15 September 22, achieving my yearly goal of a 4:30 mile. Sorta, at the AAU junior Olympics in Texas, I got 3rd for 15 year olds(while I was 14), for the 1500 with a time of 4:13. Now if you add 20 seconds for that 100 meter gap, you get 3:33.I know 20 seconds seems like a lot for 100 meters, in reality It was probably around 14-15 seconds. For that last 300 meters my pace was 31 per 200 meters. Anyways, I’m now here. A 15 year old at Archbishop Mitty high, A freshman with a 4:30. I hope to break records, even become one of the few to break 4 in highschool. I got interested and decided to search my name up, this was one of the things that came up. Good luck to any other athlete on here.
