Juniors under 20 can race. Will they be racing alongside the High Schoolers or in a separate race? That's pretty cool, have they done that in the past?
They didn't allow U20 before but the event needed some sort of change and I think its a great idea. Two years ago when they held it in Folsom the competition and turnout was just sad. Berkeley last year was a nice change and it looks like they have some good ideas for this year as well.
