There is a top 20 list for the 1.8 mile course. That is the one that starts at the top of the hill and continues the rest of the high school course.
I was under the impression that NCS was at Ukiah this year. When did that change?
NCS was changed to Hayward when Ukiah HS was made unavailable this year due to construction on campus.
hello. i'm a sprinter this is my first year as a cross country runner. i decided to try to keep in shape so when track season comes around, i'll still be in shape. i'm so excited to run at Haywards course. i heard it wasn't that bad =P
